Yep! He's 6. We had a few friends over for cake, ice cream and PLAYTIME. No games planned. No extra chaos. Just fun. Did you see that cake? It was so easy and so much fun to make. Let's just say It was a piece of cake.=) I got the idea from familyfun.com.

Kid funnies

--Alex said, "If I could touch the sky, I'd grab a star and hang it in my bedroom.

Calvin said, "If I could touch the sky, I'd grab a cloud and use if for my pillow.

Izzy said, "If I could touch the sky, I'd go to the Milky Way and sell milk.

--While boiling apples for making applesauce Calvin said, "Look at all the hot going up. ... I smell BBQ." Alex said, "No, that's applesauce."

--While cleaning the basement and seeing Calvin not participating I said, "Calvin, do you know how to pick everything in here up?" Calvin said, "NO, I don't have big hands. I only have 2 hands." All I could do was laugh.

--Izzy said, "When I'm bored, I squish people's heads at church."

--Alex said, "I really want to take swimming lessons. I already know how to drown."

--Calvin after using the little potty. "Mommy, come get Henry quick or he's going to snitch my pee."
