I was going outside to find the bucket when I noticed the bird feeder start swaying even though there was no wind. I looked over and didn't see anything on it but following the branch up, I spotted our friend slowly climbing, trying to slyly hide. Luckily the kids had just gone to bed so Glen went and got them all up and we had an observing session through the kitchen window. We also checked Wikipedia and found out it's actually an opossum; we just call 'em 'possums here in the south cuz it's easier to say.=) Ain't he cute! We tried really hard to get a picture when he was hanging upside down using his tail as a support on the branch, or when he was on top of the bird feeder eating the suet cakes (sticky stuff that I never see the birds eating anyways) out of the side, but anytime we opened the back door, back up this branch he would go. 3 nights in a row he's come to see us so it's become a habit to check and see if our friend has come to see us again.

That is pretty cool, and the night shot looks beautiful! Love the flowers.
