Calvin has officially moved up to a big boy bed. He'd been giving us hints for a little while that he was ready. How do I know he was giving us hints??? Well, when it was time to move him out of the highchair, he'd scream when we'd try to put him in (which was never a normal thing.) But he'd be just fine sitting on someone's lap to eat. After a few meals or more we tried the booster chair and had our happy eating boy again. Another example is when we'd put him down for bed, he'd scream every time we closed the door (which has been closed since 6 months.) So we tried leaving the door open when it was time for bed and that was the end of that. So after a few weeks of sleeping just fine with the door open, he went back to screaming every time we put him to bed. What in the world was his deal now? It was cute when it was time to pray with the girls for bedtime prayers and Calvin would sneak in as if he'd be fine sleeping there all night long. We almost tried that, but there enough giggling and late nights with those girls that adding another kid to the bunch doesn't sound good. So we decided maybe it's time. Out came the tools and up went the bed. Calvin had fun playing along and he's a much happier baby again. We do have to say "Go to bed" a few times, but he turns right around and climbs back into bed. (How did we get so lucky ... but I'll take it.)

I'm sad that he's not a baby anymore! Kids grow too fast!
Landon is still in a crib, I have tried and tried to put him in a big boy bed, but he refuses he just cries, so I suppose when Noah gets home we will try again. I cant belive Calvin is that big!!! Time sure does fly
