I've been reading some classics suggested from the book "A Thomas Jefferson Education."  (Excellent book that will change your view on how to homeschool.  I'm now leaning more towards a classical education approach.)  I read Anne of Green Gables and then The Lonesome Gods.  Just some simple classics but it's been amazing some of the insights I've had including the one from this quote above.  It probably wouldn't have attracted me as much if I hadn't seen the FrontSight video about our 2nd amendment rights.  Glen and I both read this quote and "ding, ding."  Our forefathers knew we needed a knowledge of guns and how to use them to protect our freedom and rights but we're seeing those disappear fast.  Since watching the Frontsight video we've become a lot more interested in our second amendment rights and how they're being infringed upon by our government.  Here are a few of our favorite quotes about gun control:
