I'm so excited. One of my big goals for moving here was to get back on track with Body for Life (exercise and nutritional program to help you create your body for life. Read the book.=) So 3 weeks ago, I started this program and I'm already feeling the changes. Today I went in to the gym and got my weight and body fat rechecked. I've lost 6 lbs of body fat and gained 1 lb. of muscle. And my body fat percentage has gone down from 28%-25%. How they figure that out from a machine I squeeze with my hands, I have no idea. But I'm thrilled. Woohoo!!!
So to my "watch what you say" story. Yesterday I did my lower body workout and today I've been happily complaining about my butt being sore. No pain no gain right.=) Earlier Glen was changing Alex's messy diaper and he explained to her that if she went in the potty, her bottom wouldn't be sore. The lights must've gone off in her head cuz she said, "Just like mommy's?" Hmmm. Oops. It's funny what these kids can pick up at such a young age and scary all the same. So watch what you say.=)

That's funny!
Have you unpacked that super duper juicer 5000 thingy yet??
Ok, so we got a new china hutch (for the kitchen - everyday dishes still have the really nice one) for free from Craigslist and got three really nice wood bookcases (with glass shelves and lights on top) from the same. I think of you telling me all about that and freecycle three years ago! But, I had to be half of the moving on all of that so I'm feeling my arms especially - the hutch was HEAVY! :) Oh, and walking out to the clothesline, walking down to the "farm" to take care of the chickens - thinking about buying some baby ducks and a couple of turkeys (then we'd have a turkey dinner for 10 bucks!) to go with them. Oh, and climbing up and down the stairs everytime I remember something I need (or have to go to the bathroom). :) I'll get there eventually, just not as fast as you! ;)
