We are still alive!

Just in case anyone was wondering. =) Jamie has not been in much of a blogging mood lately and I'm really not much of a blogger so our family blog has been a little slow for the last couple of months. We did get everything painted and ready for move in (we painted every wall in our house except the kitchen and bathrooms) and moved in June 5th. We then left on the 6th for a trip to Seattle to visit some friends and so I could do some residency touring. While there I visited Madigan Army Medical Center, the Naval Hospital in Bremerton, and the joint base Lewis-McChord Clinic. We also made a visit to the Seattle Aquarium where we had a lot of fun, especially Izzy.

We've found that being homeowners keeps us very busy. We've been painting kids furniture to match their decor, we've been working on the yard, gardening, and trying to get moved in. Jamie's done a great job of getting our house organized; we're pretty much down to just the family room left to go.

I finish my program tomorrow and then have about a month before I start working at Fairchild. The summer's going fast!
